1. Account Eligibility & Registration
These Terms of Play constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the Player) and WaveWin Lotto Operations Pty Ltd. By creating an account or purchasing an entry, you expressly agree to these terms. To be eligible to hold a WaveWin Lotto account and participate in any draw, you must be a natural person, legally resident within a permitted jurisdiction in Australia, and strictly eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of registration. Corporate entities, automated scripts, or individuals residing in restricted territories are prohibited from utilizing the platform.
You are permitted to maintain only one active account. Any attempt to create multiple accounts to circumvent limits or manipulate promotional offers will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any pending winnings or balances. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your authentication credentials and must immediately notify our Support Harbor of any suspected unauthorized access.
2. Verification Requirements & KYC Protocols
WaveWin Lotto is mandated by Australian federal law to adhere to strict Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorism Financing (CTF) regulations. Consequently, we employ robust Know Your Customer (KYC) protocols. Upon registration, we will attempt to verify your identity electronically using the details provided. If electronic verification is inconclusive, or if you request a withdrawal exceeding our statutory threshold, you will be required to submit physical documentation.
Acceptable documentation includes a valid government-issued photographic ID (such as an Australian Driver's License or Passport) and a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your residential address. Failure to complete KYC verification within 14 days of a formal request will result in account restriction, preventing further purchases and suspending all withdrawal capabilities until verification is successfully concluded.
3. Draw Mechanics & Liability Limitations
All WaveWin Lotto draws are executed using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) audited by independent testing laboratories. An entry is only valid once it has been successfully processed by our secure checkout gateway, cryptographically hashed, and recorded in our immutable central database prior to the published draw cutoff time. We are not liable for entries that are delayed, lost, or rejected due to network latency, hardware failure, or insufficient funds.
In the highly unlikely event of a critical system failure during a draw process, WaveWin Lotto reserves the right to declare the draw void. In such circumstances, the sole remedy provided to the Player will be a full refund of the entry cost credited back to their secure wallet. WaveWin Lotto disclaims any liability for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from platform usage, subject to provisions within the Australian Consumer Law.
4. Prize Claim Windows & Settlement Obligations
Following the verification of draw results, standard lower-tier prizes (Tiers 2 through 5) are automatically credited to the winning Player's secure wallet. For Division 1 (Jackpot) prizes, our Compliance Team will initiate contact within 24 business hours to commence the manual verification and settlement process. Jackpot payouts may be subject to a cooling-off period and secondary verification audits before the funds are released to the Player's nominated bank account.
Players have a strict window of twelve (12) months from the date of the draw to claim any uncredited prizes. Any prize not claimed within this period will be forfeited and reallocated to our charitable trust fund or future promotional pools, in accordance with state regulatory requirements. While lottery winnings are generally not subject to income tax in Australia, WaveWin Lotto assumes no liability for the personal taxation obligations of our players. We strongly advise winners of significant amounts to seek independent financial and legal counsel.
